bootcamp
Push Boot Camps are an intensive military style circuit training program that is guaranteed to get your blood pumping, calories burning and pounds melting off!  This class is suitable for all fitness levels regardless of your experience and is an excellent supplement to your workout regime, to take you out of your comfort zone. In the private PUSH studio, you are able to work toward your goals at your own pace with the support and motivation of an expert.  Best of all, the PUSH Boot Camp is a constantly changing dynamic workout.  You will never do the same workout twice!  PUSH instructors utilize functional movements to train your muscles and heart at the same time. In just 45 minutes, boot camp will leave you energized and burning fat and calories long after you are finished.  Bootcamp incorporates functional strength training, static movements, cardiovascular sprints and conditioning, and defensive tactics to create a series of workouts that are never exactly the same. PUSH Boot Camps are designed for clients to go at their own pace, having their own station which makes it an ideal workout for all skill levels.  If you are uncertain if this class is suitable for you please email for a complimentary evaluation or consultation.

group training
Group training classes consist of 3-5 people who will be trained together and put through a workout utilizing functional strength and cardiovascular movements by a personal trainer.  Group sessions are a 45 minute circuit-style workout that varies each time so your body never gets used to the same workout.  You can create your own group or you can request to be put into a group. Group trainings cater to each persons needs by mixing various exercises to reach the goals of each person in the group. Cardio conditioning, lean muscle development, fat burning and stretch is incorporated into each workout.  Group training is ideal for all skill levels.

private assisted resistance stretching
Resistance stretching is a form of stretching in which a muscle simultaneously contracts and elongates.  A private session for intensive and personalized flexibility training is a
one-on-one stretch session program tailored to your body, your needs and your specific goals based on a flexibility and injury assessment. A PUSH stretch certified trainer works
your body in their three movement patterns:  flexion/extension, abduction/adduction, and external/internal rotation, to create movements that go deep into the muscles and joints
while allowing muscles you didn’t even know you had to start firing at a rapid rate.  During each session we teach you along the way and create a custom series of stretches and variations for you to do on your own.  Everyone is tight in different places and holds their tension in different areas and muscle groups throughout their body. This is something
we can address specifically, catering to each person’s specific injury, soreness or simply gaining flexibility and elongation to lead an active, pain-free lifestyle!

Push Functional Fitness offers on-site health education to promote exercise and good nutrition to adopt lifestyles that are healthier and more balanced. There are many varieties
of corporate wellness programs.  Essentially you choose which topic you would like us to speak and inform on, or what type of exercises/classes you would like us to engage your employees and co-workers in.  Push does corporate lunch-time group exercise classes, corporate retreats, morning stretches, a.m. nutrition awareness and “fun-fact stunners”
just to name a few!
