Erika
Erika Gudgeon is one of the leading health and wellness experts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, currently going into her 12th year as a personal trainer, and her 6th year as owner and lead trainer of PUSH Functional Fitness.  Erika “tells it like it is” and creates awareness and education in working with all her clients.  “e” brings an unpretentious, supportive, passionate and inspiring approach to personal training and coaching, which has resulted in long-term relationships with her clients.

As a motivator and role model, Erika has a unique connection with her clients that stems from her own personal journey toward wellness. Before she became a personal trainer,
Erika struggled with her own weight and medical issues. Determined to stay healthy and committed to reaching her goals, through dedication and drive, she did.

Erika launched PUSH Functional Fitness in May 2004, with the goal of creating realistic lifestyle changes for people including health, wellness, weight loss, and balance.
Erika imparts a unique and inspiring philosophy that stresses the integration of fitness, nutrition, and empowers all people she works with to define and reach their personal goals, and lead a life of adventure!

When Erika is not at Push “running the show”, she enjoys traveling, going to Badger football games, along with watching any and all sporting events!  She enjoys walking/jogging, hiking, kayaking and simply staying active!  She also enjoys researching nutrition and experiencing new training and motivation techniques from colleagues and her role model Jillian Michaels (to use on her clients)!

Ian
Ian brings a no-nonsense approach to fitness training. He understands that physical fitness is one of the best preventative medicines there is, and for some people two to three
hours of hard training per week makes a monumental difference in their lives. Even though it is serious work, he still feels that someone can have fun and get in shape at the same time. Ian has experience providing training to law enforcement personnel, and ties this expertise into his clients workouts by using a variety of plyometric, and self defense moves
with their strength training / cardio workouts. Ian also incorporates his three years of boxing training into any clients programs that are up for it. Ian brings this unique professional background to Push. It is unlikely that you will find a personal trainer with his combination of experience in the Milwaukee area.
